I usually add a new mini session or two every year because it’s fun to mix it up, and in 2018, one of the new minis I offered was at a Christmas tree farm! There is a tree farm in Murfreesboro, and I arranged to use the field for two different days on one weekend in mid-October. A lot of you have been coming to me for Santa mini sessions for years now, and while those are still a favorite, I know some people were itching for another holiday option, and this totally fit that spot.
One big change is that this session was for the whole family, and boy, you guys loved it! Mini sessions are usually really hard to make whole-family friendly since there is a time constraint, but 15-minute sessions in a set location made it doable. Both dates sold out! My awesome friend, Sara, assisted me that day by greeting families and making sure we stayed on schedule, and we had the best time (and really beautiful, sunny weather). Weather/schedule-permitting, I definitely want to offer these again in 2019! I tried to pick one image to share from each session that gave me permission. Some of these made me laugh (like the one peeking from behind the tree!), but they all make me smile.
On a side note, I have dates arranged for another whole-family mini session at a special location this Spring! This will be a first! To get details first, join my email list. You can click the “Email List” tab on my homepage or just follow this link. My email friends get to sign up for minis first every time and they get to know anytime there is something new coming up!
