Lexi is 4! | Nashville child photographer

Lexi just celebrated her 4th birthday a few days ago, which is hard to believe because she was my very first newborn to shoot.  I’ve been seeing this family annually since, and they opted to come to my studio this year for a change.  Four year olds are fun!  Lexi perked up quickly once she realized that she was kind of the star of the show.  Pretty funny.  Her favorite lovey, Dolly, has been attending our annual sessions as well, so I made sure to include her in the last image pictures below.

Lucy: 9 months | Nashville baby photographer

Lucy came by for her next baby plan session, and we had fun (as always)! This sweet girl just smiles and laughs. It makes my job so easy.  A friend recently brought back this colorful garland from a trip to Peru for Lucy and her mama to enjoy, and I think it made for such a fun backdrop!  Both diaper covers you’ll see below were made by Lucy’s multi-talented mama.

Daggett + Berger families | Franklin family photographer

This group of 10 met me at a popular park in Franklin on Saturday evening. This was my second big family shoot in the past week.  (Here’s the blog post to my last one, which has more details about how I handle these types of sessions.)  Friends, it was about a million degrees outside on Saturday. Despite the heat, we had a great session, and I’m excited to show you our images!  This first photo shows the original crew (parents and siblings).  As you scroll through the rest of the images, you’ll see the spouses and four grandchildren who were added to the mix.

 

The A family | Nashville family photographer

This poor daddy is seriously outnumbered. With their newest little one, he is now the only boy in a family with four girls. That’s how it was for my dad, too, because I am the middle of three girls as well. Can we just discuss for a minute how I have all 3 girls (plus mama) looking in the next photo?  I think this one needs to be framed on their daddy’s desk at work!  These big sisters were so sweet to the baby. They wanted to kiss on her and check on her. When it was baby’s time for photos, they wanted to be right next to me and talking to her.
